| Claims Assessment Group: The Claims Assessment Group (CAG) is a nationwide consortium of consulting firms supporting public and private clientele in conducting damage assessments and economic valuations on commercial and non-commercial goods and services damaged by oil spills. These damage assessment culminate in the valuation of damaged goods and the corresponding generation of damage claims submitted to parties responsible for spills or the United States Coast Guard’s National Pollution Funds Center. In addition to being the prime contractor for the CAG, LTCI leads the CAG for loss of subsistence use as well as NRD claims. |
