Cathleen B. Reilly, President - Ms. Reilly has over 15 years of marketing, communications, operations and sales experience with mid to large size businesses and non-profit organizations. She has been instrumental in developing brand strategies for large and small organizations alike, as well as implementing communications and/or marketing campaigns to promote those brands. Ms. Reilly has worked to educate large customer bases as well as small, multi-faceted vertical markets for several industries.

Timothy J. Reilly, Principal - Mr. Reilly has over 19 years of experience evaluating the fate and ecological effects of anthropogenic compounds in freshwater, marine and terrestrial environments. He has been involved in assessing the distribution and toxicological interactions of oil and hazardous materials in aquatic and terrestrial environments. Mr. Reilly has played a key role in determining biological, physical and chemical response strategies, and remedial and damage compensation options at hundreds of contaminated sites throughout the United States and abroad. Mr. Reilly has develop resource valuation strategies and effective restoration programs to compensate the public and environment for losses due to environmental perturbations. During his years in consulting he has obtained extensive experience in contaminated site natural and cultural resource injury assessment investigations, spill response strategies, remediation, restoration, risk assessment, spill contingency planning and environmental sensitivity mapping.

Jonathan R. Grant, Senior Consultant - Mr. Grant has over 16 years of experience evaluating coastal and marine environments. His experience includes the physical processes concerning them, the environmental policy affecting them, and the toxicological effect of oil and hazardous materials in both freshwater and marine ecosystems.

Michael H. Hester, Senior Consultant - Mr. Hester has over 18 years of experience evaluating the fate and ecological effects of anthropogenic compounds in freshwater, ground water, terrestrial and marine environments. He has been involved in numerous projects assessing the distribution, movement and ecological effects of oil and hazardous materials in aquatic and terrestrial settings, and in providing high quality photographic documentation of associated environmental conditions. Mr. Hester has played a key role in determining physical and chemical response strategies and remedial options at scores of contaminated sites throughout the United States.

Jon M. Discher, Senior Consultant - Mr. Discher is involved in resource valuation and natural resource damage assessment projects in Texas, Puerto Rico, Michigan, and the United States Virgin Islands. Mr. Discher provides policy support under the Oil Spill Pollution Act of 1990 for state and local governments, and provides claim support for state and local governments as well as individual claims. Mr. Discher provides expertise in intergovernmental relations, public budgeting, public administration and management, and public participation in government. With LTCI, Mr. Discher has developed an expertise in the use of GIS as a tool in policy formulation.

Thomas G. Callahan , Senior Consultant - Mr. Callahan brings over 24 years experience working for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the United States Coast Guard (USCG). He is an accomplished program manager with extensive experience in marine environmental protection and emergency spill response. Dr. Sean Griffin, Senior Consultant - has over 10 years of experience conducting research on coral reefs. The main focus of his research activities has been in Puerto Rico, Hawaii and the Caribbean. Dr. Griffin is involved in natural resource damage assessment projects in Puerto Rico, where he provides technical expertise in biology and ecology. Michael Nemeth, Senior Consultant - Mr. Nemeth has over 10 years experience in assessing tropical marine resources particularly anthropogenic impacts to coral reefs and associated habitats. He has developed and implemented coral reef monitoring projects focused on determining ecological patterns across environmental gradients.
